Welcome to our webpage.  As Laremont Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) our goal is to provide, explore and supplement communication to students in their educational environment.

The SLP serves as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team. The SLP collaborates with the Ed Team to facilitate communication needs for supporting the Laremont Curriculum. Consultation concerning communication and language activities with groups or direct service to students is also provided.

SLPs utilize a variety of techniques and materials needed to develop and execute therapy in an appropriate and beneficial manner. Additionally, the SLP will present ample modeling within the classroom to educate the educational team to allow them opportunities to carry out an enriched speech and language environment throughout the school day when the SLP is not present.

These services may include programming and implementation of augmentative communication systems for nonverbal students.
