Technology Support
SEDOL partners with Net56 to provide break-fix, networking, internet, and cyber security services. The Technology Department and Net56 have a shared commitment to provide quality and timely support to SEDOL’s students and staff to resolve issues with technology when they arise. Methods to access technology support include:
- Submitting a helpdesk ticket using the Net56 Helpdesk Portal. Instructions on how to access and submit a helpdesk ticket through Net56 Helpdesk can be found here. Staff are highly encouraged to use this approach when requesting support for technology.
- Calling the Net56 general support line at 847-986-2441;
- Submitting a request for support via email at helpdesk@sedol.us
