    Students placed in the REACH Program are engaged in a therapeutic, pro-social thinking/language approach with an emphasis on soft skills work training towards employment. Disability awareness, self-advocacy, interpersonal communication, initiative/dependability, anger management, conflict resolution, social skills, and self-confidence are components of the day-to-day curriculum. Classroom learning, coupled with active community engagement makes the REACH Program an excellent and safe environment for students to gain skills towards independence.
