The Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment department is responsible for, but not limited to, supervising the building principals for Cyd Lash Academy, Gages Lake School, John Powers Center, Laremont School, South School, and the Regional Safe Schools Program. In addition, supervision is provided for the support coordinators in the departments of Speech and Language, Occupational/Physical Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, and Assistive Technology as well as the Resource Development Department. The office is responsible for the overall development and implementation of the district’s comprehensive curriculum, local assessment plans, program assessments, related services and staff professional development.
